This property and its fields, forests, and wetlands were saved from development in 2012. Volunteers have worked hard to restore the land and a trail system can now be used for hiking, horseback riding, and snowmobiling. Bluebirds have been spotted in the meadows, beavers in the wetlands, and porcupine & fox in the woods. The Midstate Trail crosses the property and camping is offered by permission.
